Group Strength and Conditioning is a group interval training class combining different movements and exercises to reform the way you look at free-weight training. When you train with our unconventional methods, you can expect to be challenged by a variety of safe and effective movements and equipment. One class might use Suspension trainers, kettlebells, weight-bars, weighted sleds, resistance bands, while another class might use only body resistance.

Regardless of which program our certified trainers have planned for you, you can be assured that every class will encourage, educate and motivate you. Members are encouraged to work within their current level and modifications are provided for various fitness levels to ensure you get the proper workout you are looking for.

 

Whatever your goals, Urban Boxing group classes will allow you to build the strength to achieve them, whether you want to compete in a high-level sport, play in a weekend league, keep up with your kids, or live a healthy, active life.
