This energizing yoga workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Modified version of yoga is designed to relax, stretch and rejuvenate your muscles. Urban Boxing employs a blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Power Yoga styles customized each day for our students’ needs for the day. For example, if students are experiencing tightness in the hips or hamstrings, we will focus on hip openers for the day. If energy is feeling low, class will be straight Hatha style. If students want a more challenging class, we’ll adjust to a Power Yoga style.
