Sima has been a lover of yoga since she first started practicing in 2008 as a result of a quest to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit. Her classes are focused on the seven dimensions of wellness. Although she loves a strenuous physical practice, she equally believes in making time to sit and just “be”. Her practice is a time to put everything on hold and connect to the inner being. You’ll also reap the benefits of releasing tension and relaxing tight muscles. Her emphasis are on a mix of styles such as Yin, Restorative, Vinyasa, Anusara, Kundalini, and Kripalu. Her passion is to share the positive effects of yoga and spread happiness.
