Class Structure

  • Warm-Up (5-10 mins): Start with stretches and light exercises to prepare for intense physical activity.
  • Partner Assignments and Drills: Coaches will pair you up, possibly rotating partners to ensure a well-rounded experience. You’ll take turns on offense, defense, and holding pads, focusing intensively on refining specific skills.
  • Main Activity and HIIT: While partner drills form the core of the class, supplementary HIIT exercises are integrated to maintain overall fitness.
  • Closing Session (10 mins): The class concludes with a light sparring session, followed by core strengthening exercises and a cooldown period.

  • Equipment: Boxing gloves, wraps, and headgear are provided. Personal gear can also be used if preferred.
