What You’ll Learn

  • Kickboxing Techniques: Master the art of kickboxing with comprehensive instruction on footwork, striking, and combinations.
  • Offensive and Defensive Skills: Engage in partner drills that emphasize both attacking and defensive maneuvers.
  • Bag Work and Pad Holding: Develop precision and power with bag work, and improve your reaction time and technique through pad holding exercises.

Class Structure

  • Warm-Up (5-10 mins): Start with stretches and light cardio to prepare your body for the session’s demands.
  • Partner Drills: Participants will be paired up by the coach for targeted practice on offense and defense, rotating through different partners to face varied styles and techniques.
  • HIIT and Bag Work: Integrate high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for cardiovascular fitness, coupled with sessions at the bag to refine your kicking and striking power.
  • Cool Down (10 mins): The class ends with light sparring to apply new skills in a practical setting, followed by core strengthening exercises and a cooldown period.
